Oat Donuts (gluten free, vegan)


Ingredients:

  • 200g oat flakes
  • 50g extra virgin coconut oil
  • 200g vegangurt (or other thick vegan yoghurt)
  • 120g oat milk
  • 50g maple syrup
  • 1tbsp gluten free baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Make flour of oat flakes in a blender, add remaining ingredients and mix on middle speed to obtain thick paste.
  2. Preheat donuts toaster. Put some dense dough into every hole,  bake until browned and toaster plates stop sticking to donuts.
