24 Smoothie recipes (super healthy and nourishing)


( a handful of kale, 1 2ocm cucumber, 1 big orange, 1 mango, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1/2 lemon with zest, a handful of strawberries, 20g flaxseeds, 1/2 tsp spirulina, 1/2 tsp chlorella, t tbsp bee pollen, 350g filtered water)


(a handful of parsley, a handful of kale, a handful of spinach, a handful of mint leaves, 2 cucumbers 15cm long, 1 big orange, 1 big apple, 2 kiwi fruits, 1 whole lime, 15g hulled hemp seeds, 1/2 tsp chlorella, 1/2 tsp spirulina, 1/2 tsp hemp protein, 350g filtered water )


(a handful of parsley leaves, 1 zuchini, 1 cucumber, 3 boccoli florets, 1 beetroot, 1 mango, 250g papaya, 2cm piece of ginger, 1 passion fruit, 20g hulled hemp seeds, 1 tsp maca, 1 tsp matcha, 500g water)

(a handful of green kale, a bunch of parsley, a handful of spinach leaves, 1 cucumber,1 grapefruit, 1 apple, 250g papaya, 1 kiwi fruit, a piece of fresh coconut, 30g hulled hemp seeds, 1/2 tsp spirulina, 1/2 tsp chlorella, 1 tsp maca, 1 tsp matcha)

(a handful of spinach, a bunch od radish leaves, 1 avocado, 1 mango, two oranges, 250g papaya, coconut flakes, 1/2 tsp spirulina, 1/2 tsp chlorella, 1 tsp maca, 2cm ginger root, 250g water)

Smoothie18 – absolutely lemon and spirulina taste! I love it!

(100g spinach leaves, 3 middle oranges, 200g papaya, 1 cucumber, 1 big apple, 1/2 BIO lemon with zest, 20g flaxseeds, 1/2 tsp spirulina, 1/2 tsp chlorella, 1/2 tsp matcha, 1 tsp maca, 200g filtered water)
