Chia seeds dessert with strawberries

Chia seeds dessert is a perfect meal proposition to replenish omega threes in a body. Fully raw, full of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, so refreshing.


  • 200g coconut yoghurt
  • 200g plant milk or water
  • 500g strawberries
  • 25g chia seeds
  • 4 dates
  • 20g crushed almonds


  1. Blend coconut yoghurt with milk and dates.
  2. Mix in chia seeds and maple syrup. Set aside for a while to form a jelly and serve.
  3. Sprinkle with crushed almonds and add some mint leaves to taste.
