Chia seeds dessert is a perfect meal proposition to replenish omega threes in a body. Fully raw, full of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, so refreshing.
- 200g coconut yoghurt
- 200g plant milk or water
- 500g strawberries
- 25g chia seeds
- 4 dates
- 20g crushed almonds
- Blend coconut yoghurt with milk and dates.
- Mix in chia seeds and maple syrup. Set aside for a while to form a jelly and serve.
- Sprinkle with crushed almonds and add some mint leaves to taste.
