Chia seeds dessert in coconut yoghurt with cherries (gluten free, vegan)

This is a fantastic antiinflammatory superfood. Chia seeds full of protein, calcium, fiber, omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals. Cherries – are absolutely number one agent against inflammation. Right next to vitamins and minerals cherries contain high amount of antioxidants. I mean anthocyanins that increase capillary elasticity and strengthen and detoxify the heart. In addition, they have a positive effect on the production of red blood cells. Potassium removes excess salt from the body and therefore has a protective effect on the heart. Let’s get the benefits!



  • 200g coconut yoghurt
  • 200g plant milk
  • 15g chia seeds
  • 10g maple syrup
  • cherries


  1. Mix coconut yoghurt with milk, chia seeds and maple syrup. Set aside for a while to form a jelly.
  2. Add cherries.
