5 Raw salads (super healthy and nourishing)


Salad 5

lettuce mix, rucola, spinach, sunflower sprouts, (50g dry) sprouted and cooked red lentil, 1 small shallot, 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 pomegranate, 1 grapefruit,  1 avocado, 5 brasil nuts, 1 tbsp olive oil, juice of half lime, salt and pepper to taste.


Salad 4

with yoghurt sauce (butter lettuce, spring onion with chives)


Salad 3

with almond & cardamon sauce (spinach leaves, beet greens, rucola, red pepper, oranges, spiralized crrots and beets)


Salad 2

with avocado mayonnaise (spinach leaves, rucola, red cabbage, red pepper, kale sprouts, spring onion with chives, corn)


Salad 1

with parsley & cashews sauce (spinach leaves, beet greens, rucola, red cabbage, red pepper, sunflower and broccoli sprouts, spring onion with chives)
