Chia seeds dessert in coconut yoghurt with papaya (gluten free, vegan)

Chia seeds dessert is a perfect meal proposition to replenish omega threes in a body. Fully raw, full of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals, so refreshing.


  • 200g coconut yoghurt
  • 200g plant milk
  • 250g papaya
  • 25g chia seeds
  • 10g maple syrup


  1. Blend coconut yoghurt with milk and papaya.
  2. Mix in chia seeds and maple syrup. Set aside for a while to form a jelly and serve.
