- 200g oat flakes
- 50g extra virgin coconut oil
- 200g vegangurt (or other thick vegan yoghurt)
- 120g oat milk
- 50g maple syrup
- 1tbsp gluten free baking powder
- Make flour of oat flakes in a blender, add remaining ingredients and mix on middle speed to obtain thick paste.
- Preheat donuts toaster. Put some dense dough into every hole, bake until browned and toaster plates stop sticking to donuts.
