- 1/2 small onion
- 2 dill pickles
- 1 very big avocado or 2 small
- 1 heaped tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 flat tsp iodine free salt
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
- Dice onion finely, transfer to a small bowl, add salt, pepper and olive oil and set aside for a while.
- Dice dill pickles finely, Peel and mash avocado with fork in a little bowl and add to a bowl with prepared onion. Add nutritional yeast.
- Mix well with the spoon and garnish with fresh dill and dried sweet red pepper.
