Coco-huzelnut pralines & drinking chocolate with maca (gluten free, vegan)



  • 85g hazelnuts
  • 200g gluten free oats
  • 100g shredded coconut butter*
  • 100g extra virgin coconut oil
  • 35g cocoa
  • 90 maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Drinking chocolate (4 portions):

  • 10 cocoa beans
  • 25g hazelnuts
  • 40g coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 10g shredded coconut butter*
  • 30g cocoa
  • 800g plant milk (coconut)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


Shredded coconut butter: place 250g in a blender and mix until buttered. Details how to adjust the speed here.


  1. To prepare pralines place hazelnuts in a blender and crush nuts into small parts. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Sticky dough forms. Form balls with palms or fill the silicone forms and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Serve with drinking chocolate.
  2. To prepare a drinking chocolate place in a blender cocoa beans, coconut sugar and hazelnuts and grind. Scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients and pour with warm plant milk. Serve warm.
