Ingredients:
- 600g cucumber (I had 3)
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 large avocado
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2cm small red chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- a handful mint leaves
- a bunch of dill
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp iodine free salt
- 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
- 100g filtered water
for serving to every bowl : 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, few black olives (ferrous gluconate free), some green leaves or chopped celery stalk.
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. If too thick add more filtered water.
- Serve cold, decorated with sunflower seeds, sliced olives and greens.
